How the Online Booking System Works

How It Works

Booking your car in for a service or MOT with Bosch Car Service couldn’t be easier. Here’s how it works:

  1. Once you’ve completed the online booking process, you will receive a confirmation email to the address you provided during the booking.
  2. A confirmation email is also sent to the chosen Bosch Car Service garage.
  3. Your chosen Bosch Car Service garage will then contact you to discuss any further arrangements and to answer any questions.
  4. If any additional work is required on the day, your Bosch Car Service garage will contact you for authorisation before starting any additional work – putting you in total control.
  5. Once all of the authorised work has been completed, the garage will contact you to confirm that the vehicle is ready for collection.
  6. You only pay when the work has been completed.
